• Shipping & Returns


    We ship items within 7 business days after receipt of payment via USPS. All packages are covered via Shipsurance. If package is lost in transit customer will need to wait 20 days for insurance claim to be accepted by Shipsurance for reimbursement/replacement. Customer must fill out claims forms provided in a timely manner for replacement/reimbursement.

    Damages and issues 

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us ASAP at hello@possum.shop if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
